The brand “Café de Don Justo” belongs to our family business, legally constituted as a legal entity under the name “Don Justo Inversiones S.A. de C.V.”. Our coffee farm and roastery are located in the department of Usulután (El Salvador), in the Tecapa-Chinameca region and we have the Denomination of Origin of the same name.

Our company and family, with 20 years in the market of roasted coffee and more than 80 years of growing coffee, look for the opportunity to participate in the market of specialty coffee, with a fresh image and a quality product different from the competition.

Café de Don Justo, inspires its brand and image in our grandfather Justo Pastor González, who together with his wife Rosa Emilia, before 1938, started growing coffee in the Sierra Tecapa Chinameca; between the communities of Santiago de María, Berlín and Alegría in the department of Usulután (El Salvador). Our grandparents left us a Bourbon coffee plantation, which has a sophisticated flavor and aroma that gave us the opportunity to be classified in one of the first Cup of Excellence contests in 2003, the same date in which we began our operations as parchment and roasting processors. Currently we have started the comercialization of specialty coffee, looking for international markets in Europe and Asia, where we managed to have great reception from our customers, who are not only clients but also friends.

We learned from our grandfather Don Justo, to work in an honest way and recognize the work of our people, supporting the project “Don Justo, Coffee with Dignity”, with the Presbyterian Church of Desmoines, Iowa, United States.

Now we are taking a new step in the globalization of business, making our coffee offerings available to all through the web. We are sure that our products satisfy the best tastes and adventurous palates.
