Our coffee is harvested by hand, carefully choosing the ripe beans, selecting separately the different varieties that exist on the farm: Bourbon, Pacas, Pacamara, Caturra Amarillo and Geisha.

As producers and roasters, we can guarantee our clients a strict traceability of the grains and process controls, always offering an excellent quality in our products, either roasted coffee or green coffee grains (café en oro).

Cultivated in the mountains of Usulután, El Salvador; it has the Denomination of Origin Tecapa Chinameca Coffee, a quality certificate that backs up our products.

We categorize our coffee according to the Score SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), an international organization that standardizes the quality of coffee; this way we offer coffees with scores between 82 points and more than 87.5 points and some exceptional ones, among which the Pacamara and Geisha stand out.
